Uncompromising Commitment Through Co-Investment

What differentiates 18Sixty from most other groups out there is that we’re also investing in every project that we present to our co-investors. On any given project, 18Sixty will invest 10% and 30% of the committed capital for the strategy. Additionally, any external co-investment in one of our projects will have the same terms as the capital we’re committing. By doing this, we align our incentives with those of our external capital partners, enabling us to share in the success of the underlying investment strategy.
