Meet the team

Roy Marschke brings a deep underwriting and financial analysis background to his role, grounded in hands-on experience across the full real estate development lifecycle. A graduate of Purdue University with a double major in Finance and Accounting, he began his career in public accounting within Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Tax practice, working on tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth real estate professionals. He later moved in-house with vertically integrated development and construction companies, serving in senior roles including Construction Controller, Developer, and CFO. This breadth of experience informs a disciplined, risk-focused underwriting approach grounded in both financial rigor and operational realities.

Roy and his wife, Katie, live in Westfield with their three children.  In his free time, he enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
