At 18Sixty, our investment research process is second to none.  Hundreds of investment opportunities cross our paths each year, but 18Sixty and our co-investors only invest in a handful of them.  Our three-step vetting process is designed to uncover any potential issues or overly optimistic projections.  Each opportunity must first receive approval from our core real estate team.  The opportunity then moves to our underwriting team, who triple-checks the numbers to ensure their accuracy. The handful of opportunities that make it past the first two hurdles are then passed on to our leadership investment committee for final approval before being presented to our pre-qualified co-investors and our internal investment team.
